Putting SOCIAL back in Social Media

The perfect cheese-pull pic or a money champagne Boomerang cheers are always a hit on social media. The most important part of each of those is sharing them with the those who were actually in your photo.

Social media is built on the foundation of one key component – being social! In a time when we’re all fixated on our phones, it can be all-too-easy to fall into the trap of not physically socializing and engaging with those around you.

Foodie Tribe is built on the importance of community. We love to see people out sipping and dining with each other. It’s a way for each of us to build our network, make new friends, find new business opportunities and get more out of life!

Here are a few tips to help you schmooze with fellow foodies:

Invite someone new as your +1: BFFs are amazing, and of course you should invite them when possible, but also switch it up and try bringing along someone new.

Make yourself go: We get it, the last thing you want to do after an annoying work day is battle traffic or trains to an event. Make the plan and hold yourself accountable – almost always you’ll be glad you went.

Like, Comment & Support: We’re in this together – tribe members and all foodies alike – show your support and add a comment when you see something amazing.
